Jim joined Pfingsten in 2000 and has been involved in all aspects of the firm's activities including investment selection, due diligence, company strategy, integration of add-on acquisitions, continuous improvement and portfolio company management.
As a member of our operating team for over 20 years, Jim has partnered with management teams in many industries including engineered products, replacement parts, and technical services.
