CURT Manufacturing

While under Pfingsten's ownership, CURT was a manufacturer and distributor of towing system, OE trailer and specialty equipment products. Products included manufactured hitches, heavy-duty towing products and ball mounts; bike racks and cargo carriers; lock and other accessories; and wiring and electrical products. The company sold its products through automotive parts retailers, mass merchants, distributors, etailers, catalog, hitch installers and RV/Trailer OEMs and dealers. CURT was headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Pfingsten sold its interest in the business in March 2014.
