Vaidy has a deep engineering and product sourcing background in India with experience at Federal Mogul Company and TATA Motors. He held leadership roles in engineering, marketing and sourcing before starting his own business (APA) with his partner Ramakrishnan (Ram) in 2000. APA Engineering is an International Sourcing, Engineering and Technology company with a Global Delivery Model.
APA today has nearly 200 employees and is the preferred partner for medium-sized businesses predominantly in the United States and Europe. Vaidy has significant experience in the Automotive, Constuction, Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Appliances and Oil & Gas industries.
Vaidy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from Loyola College.
